Lisa Cypher, an invaluable asset to the water polo coaching community, currently serves as the 14U Girls Assistant Coach, bringing her wealth of experience and expertise to the pool. Hailing from San Dimas High School, Lisa made her mark as a Center Defender, showcasing her defensive prowess and strategic acumen in the water.

Her collegiate journey led her to Loyola Marymount University, where she continued to refine her skills and deepen her understanding of the game. Lisa’s roots in the water polo community extend to her club days with The Outsiders, where she further honed her craft and passion for the sport.

Lisa Cypher’s coaching accolades speak volumes about her impact on the game. A significant part of the coaching staff at Los Osos High School from 2002 to 2014, she played a pivotal role in guiding both boys and girls teams to an impressive eight CIF Titles. Her coaching expertise is not confined to high school; Lisa has been an integral part of Foothill Water Polo Club since its inception, coaching at every level with dedication and passion.
